Our Verve EPA system has been updated to include a new Gateway confirmation stage.
This new stage will be completed by training providers prior to a Gateway submission being processed. It is simply an indication that the EPA date provided is still correct and achievable. There is also the option of altering the date as and when required.
Going forward, our system supplier, EPAPro, will notify providers 14 days before the Gateway is due. Again, this is just to review and confirm that the expected EPA date provided is still accurate.
The Enrolled Gateway screen on Verve EPA has been slightly adjusted to now include this new ‘Confirm’ button, along with an ‘Edit EPA Date’ button. Once the expected EPA date has been confirmed, the Apprentice will move into the ‘Confirmed’ screen section of Verve EPA.
The confirm screen is where the process button for Gateway submissions is now located.
Please note, the process for Gateway submissions will remain the same. The system update is purely to ensure that the expected EPA date for an Apprentice is still accurate.
