At Training Qualifications UK, we’re always working to provide the best experience for your Apprentices.

Initial feedback strongly suggests that Apprentices who attend the Assessment Planning Meeting with their End-Point Assessor prior to undertaking their Situational Judgement Test feel more prepared and therefore have a better overall assessment experience.

Therefore, to give all CYPFM Apprentices the best opportunity to ask questions, prepare and complete the End-Point Assessment successfully, we’ve extended the time required between Gateway and the Situational Judgement Test from 5 working days to 10 working days.

This change aims to support Apprentices in undertaking their Situational Judgement Test in a timely manner while also permitting the Assessment Planning Meeting to take place prior to the test.

This change is reflected within an updated Gateway Meeting Form and Flowchart, these now can be downloaded from Verve EPA under the standard specific support material.

This process will start on the 16th August. And please note that this is just for CYPFM Apprentices.

We hope this amendment will bring a positive change to you and your Apprentices’ experience for this Standard, and hopefully, we will see more successful outcomes.

Should you have any questions in relation to this alteration in the booking process, please email us at epasupport@tquk.org and a member of the team will be happy to support you.
