Here at Training Qualifications UK, we like to make sure you’re kept aware of all the most important goings-on in the world of End-Point Assessment. With that in mind, this week we provide a reminder about the second version of Team Leader/Supervisor and update you on dispensations in Hospitality.
Team Leader/Supervisor Version 2 reminder
We would like to offer a reminder that the deadline for transferring Apprentices over to the Team Leader / Supervisor Version 2 standard is fast approaching.
As previously confirmed, the (legacy) version of the Team Leader/Supervisor standard will remain available until January 31st 2021.
Therefore, as of 1st February 2021, all registrations on Verve EPA will automatically be transferred to the new Standard, Team Leader /Supervisor Version 2. Following this date, Gateway submissions for the (Legacy) Standard will be rejected.
This is, of course, with the exclusion of the exceptional circumstances we have already been made aware of, where Apprentices are due to commence through Gateway before 25th June 2021.
As a further reminder, if there are any reasons why you would like your Apprentices to remain on the Legacy Standard, please email us at your earliest convenience, at epa@tquk.org, with the reason for the exclusion of transferring to the Version 2 Standard.
Hospitality Dispensation review
We have received a further dispensation update from our EQA, People 1st, around our suite of Hospitality Standards. Training Qualifications UK are in the process of finalising the changes within our resources and a further update will be communicated to you, providing a full update, in due course.
