We’re currently undertaking an annual review of our Resources for the following Standards:
- Business Administrator
- Customer Service Specialist
- Customer Service Practitioner
- Team Leader Supervisor
The expected date for publishing will be in October 2022 and, naturally, we will keep you updated on the progress.
The main aim of the Business Administrator, Customer Service Specialist and Customer Service Practitioner Standards is to combine various resources currently available on EPAPro, into a single Apprentice Pack. The Apprentice Pack will contain all information relevant to the Gateway Requirements, Assessment Methods, Grading Criteria and hyperlinks to other valuable documents e.g., Project Templates.
The Team Leader Supervisor Standard already has the Apprentice Pack and we’re looking at clarifying some of the guidance already provided.
The Standard Review process relies heavily on the analysis of available data as well as your feedback and Apprentice feedback. This will all be taken into account during the production process.
