End Point Assessment is one of the biggest apprenticeship reforms in recent times. Not only does this change aim to put Employers in the driving seat with the creation of Trailblazer groups leading the design on Apprenticeship Standards, but it also involves a change in the way that apprenticeships are assessed and graded.
The introduction of Independent Assessment to verify apprentice’s occupation competency at the end of their apprenticeship programme brings with it a great opportunity for experienced assessors to expand their skills set and progress their careers by becoming an End Point Assessor with TQUK!
