Teaching Assistant and Early Years End-Point Assessment Assessor (Permanent)

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel as and when the business requires. Also has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality. The successful post holder will not only be responsible for delivering an agreed caseload of End-Point Assessments but will also take a lead role in the training and standardisation of freelance associate End-Point Assessors, undertake internal quality assurance-based tasks, and support with the delivery of training and support to external customers. The sector’s that fall within this role to be assessed are;

  • Teaching Assistant Level 3
  • Early Years Educator Level 3
  • Early Years Practitioner Level 2

Hair Professional End-Point Assessor (Freelance)

We’re looking for a Children Young People and Families Manager (Residential) End-Point Assessor.

The role of an Apprenticeship End-Point Assessor is to provide independent, fair, reliable, and consistent assessment services to Training Qualifications UK customers working with Apprenticeship Standards. End-Point Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to form judgements and grading decisions upon the completion of a variety of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency.

Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to form judgements and grading decisions upon the completion of a variety of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency. Expert Subject Advisor (Freelance)

As an element of the Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship Standard End-Point Assessment, a Subject Advisor may be required to provide support throughout the End-Point Assessment. This support would be provided to the End-Point Assessor, should they not be a subject/sector specialist in the Apprentice’s teaching area. The role of the Subject Advisor is to notify the End-Point Assessor if any sector or specialist principles and practices are inappropriate or questionable.

We’re looking for freelance IQAs to join our team in helping to provide excellent internal quality assurance services to our customers working in the following Apprenticeship standards only:

  • Teaching Assistant. Nationwide, especially in the South of England. Must hold appropriate qualifications
  • Learning Mentor. Nationwide, especially in the South of England. Must hold appropriate qualifications
  • Assessor Coach. Nationwide, especially Midlands, South of England and Isle of Wight. Must have a minimum of 4 years current and continuous experience in teaching, assessing and internal quality assurance – Education and Training
  • Digital Marketer. Nationwide. Must hold relevant qualification

Educational Professionals- EPA Assessors  for the following standards;

We’re looking for freelance assessors to join our team in helping to provide independent, fair, reliable and consistent assessment services to our customers working in the following standards.

  • Teaching Assistant – Nationwide with particular interest in Midlands and the South
  • Learning Mentor – Nationwide with particular interest Isle of Wight, South and Midlands
  • Assessor Coach – Nationwide with particular interest Isle of Wight, South and Midlands
  • Learning and Skills Teacher – Nationwide but particularly interested in South, Dover, Kent regions.

Responsible for managing communications, with the apprentice, employer and training provider, conducting planning meetings using Teams, updating our EPA Pro system and carrying out the End Point Assessments in the apprentice’s workplace. Completion of the assessment records with feedback to the apprentice.

Requires flexibility to all tasks, independence to travel and exceptional assessment abilities.  Travel to carry out onsite assessments is an essential part of this role.
