Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment Assessor – Health & Social Care
The role of an apprenticeship End-Point Assessor is to provide independent, fair, reliable and consistent assessment services to TQUK customers working with apprenticeship standards. End-Point Assessors are required to use assessment experience with robust and relevant industry knowledge to form judgements and grading decisions upon the completion of a variety of assessment activities, which test the apprentices’ occupational competency. This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to all tasks, with the independence to travel and has exceptional assessment abilities coupled with the ability to act with integrity and impartiality.
Lead End-Point Assessor
This role sits within the heart of the End-Point Assessment Team to support the growth of assessment provision and embed and maintain consistently high quality assessment practice to continue TQUK to be recognised for its first class End-Point Assessment service. The successful candidate will be responsible for modelling first-class assessment and Internal Quality Assurance practices by undertaking an agreed caseload of apprentices linked to their subject specialism. In addition, they will be responsible for growing a team or assessors, including an associate bank, to establish rigorous assessment practice that exceeds customer expectations and enables TQUK to continue to operate as market leaders in this sector. They will recruit, train and monitor performance through a series of well-planned and structured training, standardisation and performance review activities that delivers excellent assessment practice.
End-Point Assessment Officer
This role is an expansion of an existing team and sits at the centre of our EPA provision and provides invaluable support to our internal and external EPA staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of our provision and managing the activities of our contracted assessment arrangements. This role requires someone who thrives on being organised and who is able to keep up with developments in an ever-changing landscape. They will have the opportunity to build relationships with our EPA centres and enjoy working as part of a forward-thinking team which is really making a difference.
