We’re delighted to be able to inform you that we have produced a Training Provider Handbook which is now live on EPAPro in the Assessment Practice and Generic Guidance section!
This new document is a useful resource that contains a variety of information. From Registering Apprentices and Employers on EPAPro to Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations, Gateways, Assessment Planning Meetings and much much more.
The Table of Contents has been hyperlinked to individual topics, simply click on the topic of interest and you will be fast-tracked there.
For ease of navigation, each page of the Handbook has a link to the Table of Contents on the top right of each page. Clicking this will take you to the Table of Contents.
We’ve also included Forms Documents and a Contacts page, where you will find many useful links.

HR Consultative Partner – New Resources
Alongside the new handbook, we’re happy to introduce the brand new HR Consultative Partner Apprentice Pack, available on EPAPro for download!
In this Apprentice Pack, we’ve updated previously available information and combined it into a single, easy-to-read and easy-to-navigate document. You will find information on, the Gateway process and requirements, Assessment Methods as well as Grading Criteria and Amplifications.
There is lots of guidance on the Consultative Project, for which we’ve also produced a new Template in MS Word and a Project Planning Template in MS Excel.
The Consultative Project Template now includes word count boxes for each section to help Apprentices keep track of the word count and we’ve also provided suggested formats for the Stakeholder and Recommendations Sections.
The Project Planning Template has been designed to help the Apprentice ensure that their Consultative Project meets the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours. This should be completed before the Consultative Project Template.
Both of these documents are available on EPAPro, but they can also be accessed through hyperlinks in the Apprentice Pack.
