HR Support and HR Consultant/Partner
We have performed a review of the assessment materials related to both HR Standards offered and we are pleased to announce that a revision to all assessment materials is now available on Verve EPA.
The new documents contain all the Standard-specific information the Apprentice needs to know about each assessment while cutting down on generic information which is now found within the Apprentice Handbook.
We are also pleased to introduce a Component Amplification document for the Consultative Project component of both Standards. These documents are to be used as a guide when preparing your Apprentices for the Consultative Project. It is important that these amplifications are not seen as additional criteria layers; they are additional elements of support and guidance but are not to be used as a checklist by either the Apprentice or their End-Point Assessor.
This revision is accompanied by a Summary of Change for each Standard, outlining all the changes that have been implemented:
There have been no changes made to the requirements of the Apprentice or to the assessment process. Please ensure your Apprentices’ have access to the Apprentice Handbook and Apprentice Briefs for each assessment to allow them to prepare for their End-Point Assessment.
Operations/Departmental Manager and Team Leader/Supervisor

Children, Young People and Families Manager
We have updated the Apprentice Brief for the Situational Judgement Test to include topics, subtopics, and the ranges that answers may include in Annex B. We advise all Training Providers to redownload this document from Verve EPA for their Apprentices so that they can best prepare for their Situational Judgement Test.
