We understand that the end of the academic year is a busy time for all Providers. Therefore, to ensure we are fully prepared to support, we kindly ask that all Providers ensure their EPA Dates are up to date and accurate on EPA Pro. This is the expected date of the Gateway submission.
Supporting Year-End Achievers – Gateway submission cut off
During this busy period and to facilitate bookings and completions ahead of year-end, we are setting a Gateway closing date of the 3rd May 2022 for all Apprentices that require consideration of year-end completion. This means that for an Apprentice to be considered for a booking in or before July, they must be submitted and approved through Gateway by 3rd May 2022. This cut off is to allow sufficient time for contact to be made, assessment planning meetings to be scheduled and for all EPA Components to be booked and completed ahead of year-end.

We have recently seen an increase in Gateway rejections, based on inaccurate or missing evidence being provided upon submission.
To avoid delays, additional administration, and to ensure your Apprentices are accepted through Gateway as quickly and efficiently as possible and in line with the above date, we have developed a wide range of support materials that cover the individual Gateway requirements for each Standard.
