Here at Training Qualifications UK, we like to make sure you’re kept aware of all the most important goings-on in the world of End-Point Assessment. With that in mind, we’re reminding you of the set requirements needed to assign an Apprentice and schedule bookings for the Hair Professional Standard.
Set requirements for all observations
The workplace details on Verve EPA must be accurate and up to date on all occasions, with the location of the observation setting. This is to ensure our internal team can swiftly assign an End-Point Assessor in the required location.
Preferred EPA Dates
As always, we understand that there may be preferred dates and times for Hair Observations to take place. We’ll try our best to accommodate such requests, however, all bookings are subject to Assessor availability.
If you require any group bookings, with a maximum of 4 Apprentices being assessed on the same day, we kindly ask that this information is detailed in the supplementary space section on the Gateway Meeting Record.
Provisional Bookings
We’re aware that we have occasionally received and reviewed provisional bookings ahead of Gateway submissions. Whilst we’ll continue to support these requests on occasion, we’d like to remind Providers that provisional bookings are subject to Assessor availability, and therefore our preferred approach is to receive such requests at Gateway submission. This will ensure expectations are managed for all Training Providers, Employers and Apprentices.
Communication
Shortly, you’ll receive additional communication that outlines how we review and respond to support in regards to End-Point Assessment.
We’d like to remind all Providers that epasupport@tquk.org should be the primary email tool on all occasions, and phone support is always available on our main number, pressing option 2.
If you have any questions please contact us.
